Many books written by many writers involve a struggle between society and individuals. Albert's "L'étranger" also deals with the same topic, but it can be analyzed from a unique and interesting point of view. Their lifestyle can be analyzed by dividing people's lifestyle into two conflicting forces. These units were named after the Greek gods Apollo and Dionysus. These terms were originally used by German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche. The main concept of the Apollonian personality is that while the Dionysia personality works intuitively, the main mode of operation of these people is reasonable.
Nietzsche's psychology center is the tension between Apollonia and Dionysus. The god of wine he called "barbarians" could not express myself without destroying individuals. Nietzsche expects Freud by calling these barbaric impulses das es or id. Because of the expression of Dionysian impulses (main process of Floyd), they have to be modified through the rationality of Apollonia (the so-called secondary process of Freud) (sublimation). For Nietzsche and Freud, this sublimation explains artworks, other cultural achievements, and the contents of dreams. This dream shows an example of the Barbican confusion that was corrected by the rationality of Apollonia. Without the influence of Dionysus, Apollo's personality does not include emotional content. Likewise, without the influence of Apollo, the human spirit will be invisible.
There are two basic urges for humans: rational, mechanical, and personal Apollonia, and emotional, organic and unified Dionysus. Ancient Greeks balanced these two dynamics, creating a magnificent art and a vibrant society. But this balance was interrupted by Socrates. Their dialectic has retreated Dionis. In the world, marginalization becomes permanent. As evidenced by Socrates and Christ's voluntary martyrdom, this imbalance is now catastrophic, in the modern world without God and redemption, unlimited Apollonians reject their lives. Avoiding nihilism It is only Uberamensh and his new moral morality that we can achieve "the birth of a tragedy" (1872) which predicts "The age of Socrates has gone away."
