Social Vision Statement

Government, economy (industry), and religion are separated from each other, and the world that fulfills its specific function in society will be my 'happy country'. The mutual dependence of these three aspects brought about the world of not only the differences of religion but how the enterprise maximizes profit and how it functions to protect the interests of stakeholders. The role of governments and politicians in society should be to develop policies and decisions to address the social and economic well-being of people and society as a whole.

Simplicity - Vision and mission will guide the day-to-day activities of each individual involved in the business. Statements of vision and mission should be simple, concise and easy to remember. Please use enough words to capture the essence. These statements need to capture the goals that your organization or company will achieve and how it will be carried out. Therefore, the statement of vision and mission should be a single idea that can easily be implemented in the head. This makes it easier for everyone in the organization to concentrate. To test the effectiveness of your statement, ask leaders, managers, and employees to tell you about their organization's vision and mission. These statements are useless if they can not speak to you immediately visions and duties.

We all saw the organization announcing various kinds of vision statements. These statements have various names, such as "Mission Statement", "Statement of Core Values ​​and Principles", "Quality Vision", "Customer's Commitment Statement", "Company Vision Statement". In general, these vision statements are extensively studied and require great effort from the management team. Some of these statements are well written and provide clear information. Unfortunately, in my experience, few employees read these vision statements, do not understand, or know how they personally relate.
