Social Justice: The Role of Higher Education, Criminality and Race

Our society believes that higher education, crime, and ethnicity are always ongoing challenges in history. The current view on these issues has changed over time and made substantial progress. Unfortunately, some views are still slightly different. These views should be completely remodeled to keep up with the times. How is higher education, crime, and ethnicity related to my personal experience at the state university? My experience at state university, higher education, crime, and race all promote social justice by allowing individuals to reach their full potential.

In this article, I will explain the role of the theory, law, and legal system in the education and research of criminal justice. In this session, we introduce the module by outlining the role of social work in the context of criminal justice. In the first lecture we will take up the history of social work in the context of criminal justice and explore the theoretical perspective of crossing social work and the criminal justice system. Special consideration is given to the role of social workers in the parameters of "nursing care" or "control" debate. Several important stages of social work intervention in the criminal justice system are explored from the basic social work role as "court missionary" to the current intervention based on risk assessment and "evidence-based practice" I guess.
