In this paper, we develop and examine the influence of the comprehensive social structural model of social power and position on the damage of the organization. Victims are concerned about the extent to which individuals view themselves as subjects of negative or aggressive behavior. The conceptual framework clarifies how the formal and informal status differences associated with access to social power in three different social networks are related to the perception of the victim. Using a binary object as an analytical unit of a government staff sample, the asymmetric relationship between two participants in friendship and suggestion network, and structural equivalence proposed and disliked in the network is a perceptual protocol It was found to be related to. The result shows that the stratification of social systems influences access to informal social power, so it may create the background of prosperity of victims.

In order to explore how the new communication mechanism of social media influences symbolic behavior, we study social network research and provide some guidance for classification of these new mechanisms. Social networks provide benefits through content and structure (Kane et al., Coming soon; Borgatti and Foster 2003). Content identifies information resources that users provide and retrieve over the network. This structure represents the user type and relationship pattern established on the social media platform. Over time, social media platforms often hold network content and structure (Kane and Fichman 2009). Therefore, digital tracing of symbolic behavior through these mechanisms may also affect future symbolic behavior.
The concept of processing information on social networks is worthy of some explanation. Individual or organization - role as an agent - obtain information, calculate ratings, archive information, generate new information, communicate or share information. In summary, organizations evaluate the possibility of environmental changes to protect and process information. In addition to the concept of knowledge, the behavior of the organization is almost the same as the natural network of ducks and ants.
