Social Enclaves: What Neighborhood Are You From?

In the past few years, the tension between the Los Angeles communities is rising. In the first African American enclave, Latin gangs threatened the violent tendency of the former residents who left Campton in California in recent years. In January 2013, a friend of the Compton family who reconciled newly was physically and verbally abused by four Latin American men and tried to drive away the freshly black family who moved in. A man of Latin gangs said "A black man was forbidden to jump into the neighborhood and aim at a gun and beat with a metal tube" (Los Angeles Times).

The African American community is a racial settlement that is found in many cities in the United States. The formation of the African-American community is closely related to the history of separation in the United States, whether through formal law or as a product of social norms. Nonetheless, the African-American community has played an important role in the development of African-American culture and in almost all aspects of American culture. Today, there are many wealthy African American communities such as Woodmore, Maryland, Hillcrest in Rockland County, New York, Cadet Heights in Georgia and Mitchellville, Md., Texas. An ethnically concentrated area is a community (usually founded by immigrants) that maintains a strong ethnic or national identity and is closely focused on a particular community. These have existed in all recorded histories, but as immigrants began to emigrate to large scale, they became a characteristic all over industrial cities. In the history of the United States, many large cities developed ethnic settlements composed of English spoken like Little Italy and Chinatown. Ethnic communities are technically spontaneous, but there are similar communities that are not intentionally isolated. In the history of Europe, the Jews were forcibly divided into Jews. This term was later used in communities where African Americans were isolated through legal and social customs. Ethnic settlements are an important part of America's cultural landscape.
