social contract

"The current federal government system in the United States has not been able to fulfill the social contract obligations to American citizens." There is no more closer to the truth. Some may say that the government complies with social contract guidelines, but many aspects of the government have been passed beyond their guidelines. Because more than 15,000 jobs are involved in the government it is difficult to believe that the government of the 18th century is the same as our current government.

why? Because the American social contract was broken. Social contracts differ from legal contracts in important respects. It can be torn. How is the social contract in the US broken? In the most authentic way: Americans no longer expect or can not get to minimize the best life. Their life expectancies, incomes, savings, etc. are nearly the last indicators of welfare, and they are all falling. People who made their lives worse? They tore the unsuccessful social contract. This is reasonable. This is to maximize their (decline) return, reward, which will only be punishment. Therefore, this is the truth of history. This is what we usually call "revolution". This is what the Frenchman did in 1789, what Bolsheviks, the Maoists did, now what the cardinalists did. They tore the unsuccessful social contract. The trump card is a small hand just to tear the paper.

Effective social contracts can make people's quality of life the best. But social contracts are made up of universality. Today, Caucasians themselves do not have an effective social contract. Racist society has never written it. Institutions and investments are offered and are provided effectively and optimally. Historical progress is a universal story. What is the first wonderful thing? You might say that it is Magna Carta: Universality to establish rights. Then, for example, feudalism was abolished during the French Revolution: egalite was generally established. Then there is the universality of the American Revolution: freedom of speech, free gatherings, privacy, etc. Of course black people are not human beings, so just for white people. But history does not end here.
