The purpose of social contract is to organize society. The way to maintain social order is human rights, constitution, police, education, all contributing to the development of society. Human rights must be protected This is the thirteenth or fourteenth amendment that regulates the rights of people. If humans do not have their own rights, we will feel free to be free so we are enslaved. The Constitution contains laws that everyone must comply with unless you live outside the United States.

why? Because the American social contract was broken. Social contracts differ from legal contracts in important respects. It can be torn. How is the social contract in the US broken?
