Your body is a precious and innocent material way to experience life. Because you want to live, you owe respect and protection of your body. This recognizes your physical dependence, your precious personality, and your responsibilities. In fact, you are a guardian of your body. When you promise to respect and protect your body, you are already smoking the last cigarette in your mind. You choose to breathe with fresh air, as you choose to regain control and lead a healthy lifestyle.

After a day's work, I went back home and sucked 3 to 4 packs. Smoking relaxes and is calm for him. He often smokes for ten years. After quitting smoking, he exercised, eaten well and live a very healthy life. In 1999 my grandfather was suffering from lung cancer. Even though he is living a very healthy life cancer can still occur in him. After a year of cancer treatment my grandfather experienced a bad death. He can not eat or drink for five days. Cancer robbed his life, but actually tobacco smashed his life.

The main reason I decided to stop smoking is the fact related to smoking and poisoning. First of all, in the United States smoking - related diseases are issuing 440,000 deaths each year. Second, smoking accounts for 87% of lung cancer and is the leading cause of chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Third, smoking is the leading cause of preventable death and disease in the United States. Another fact is that tobacco contains more than 43 different carcinogenic chemicals. Nicotine is very addictive as cocaine and heroin. The last fact is that the benefit of quitting smoking is achieved within 20 minutes of the last smoking. Smoking is not only obsessive but also expensive. I spend about seven dollars a day. Stopping smoking not only increases health benefits but also helps me save money.

Smoking is an easy way to relieve stress and help people relax. However, this relaxation method is addictive as nicotine and stick make it difficult to quit smoking. This is almost impossible. This may be the worst side effect for anyone, as people may already be aware of the dangerous effects of smoking and might want to stop this fact.
