Smoking in public places should be prohibited. Research showed that smoking causes cancer. This not only threatens the lives of smokers but also threatens the lives of nonsmokers including pregnant women. Smoking together is dangerous. It began using or using cigarettes in South America thousands of years ago (Libal 11). Prior to the 20th century, no one knew about the long-term health effects smoking has on tobacco. Tobacco has been in use for decades until society realizes that a health crisis is occurring (Libal 13).
In this paper, we will discuss the short-term impact of ban on public smoking on individual smoking behavior. In 2007 and 2008, all federal states in Germany gradually implemented a state level smoking ban. Use this change to determine the impact that smoking policy will have on individual smoking preferences and smoking intensity. Using a wealth of time-series data obtained from German socio-economic group studies, our estimate difference suggests that introduction of smoking cessation law in Germany does not alter average smoking behavior among populations ing. However, our estimation points out an important non-uniform effect. People who go out to bars and restaurants usually adjust their smoking behavior. After the ban, they reduce the likelihood of smoking and smoking decreases.
In the United States, Congress did not attempt to enact a ban on smoking by the federal government. Therefore, the US ban on smoking is the product of state and local criminal and occupational safety and health laws. As a result, the existence of ban on smoking and aggression vary greatly in the United States, from completely banned (even outdoors) to non-smoking regulations. The jurisdiction of the Greater South District is often the most restrictive smoking ban, or there is no ban at all in the state. Smoking is prohibited in all but the 17 of the 60 most urban cities in the United States, smoking is banned in all other cities and restaurants.
This is a ban on smoking by country / region. The ban on smoking is a public policy that includes criminal laws and occupational health and safety regulations prohibiting smoking in workplaces and other public places. In some cases, legislation may limit the carrying and ownership of ignited cigarette products. The law came into effect on May 30, 2007, and smoking in closed public places was restricted, advertisement of tobacco was banned, but it was reported that it was not enforced until 2013. Since 2013, law enforcement agencies have been implemented and non-smoking public areas including bars, bars, restaurants, etc. are strictly forbidden. If any of these places are arrested and customers are allowed to smoke, they will be fined 2,200 euros and smokers will be fined 350 euros.
