Smoking is making millions of dollars a year by selling tobacco, as millions of Americans do every day, but we are paying for it. $ 5 per pack for cancer and heart attack. Tobacco, a fatal addiction to heroin and cocaine, is the only product to effectively kill more than 5 million people per year (1 million people in the USA), yet it is legal. The damage it causes does not appear until several years after customary use. Because of its adverse health effects, the government should issue a federal ban.

In 2009, the federal government passed a national ban on flavored cigarettes but excluded menthol cigarettes.
