We are all puzzled by this. The alarm rang and we intuitively connected the phone. Before we got to the earth, we checked the weather, read the news and answered the e-mail.

Regardless of whether we swear to become "that person", every smartphone user seems to eventually be locked to the phone. Surveys show that most smartphone users put their devices in their arms every day. Every few minutes, even if the phone does not vibrate or give a warning, you have an obligation to check for updates on small computers that are closed.

Technology is inherently not bad. But, be careful, the phone will mainly destroy our lives in two ways.

Smartphones are destroying our attendance. We always need small entertainment and notifications. The problem is that our goal is to keep in touch with God, not information.

Phones, text messages, and e-mails can wait. Do not tell me what is going on. Indeed, it only causes more anxiety

Please wake up in the morning and do not check the phone. However, please consider various methods. In the morning, I have a unique opportunity to prepare for this day. It is the best time to spend a few minutes to read and pray the Bible in the morning. It is very meaningful to start from this day, and our idea is focusing on God, not everything we have to do. (Psalm 46:10, Psalm 119: 15)

Before the phone, when the conversation is interrupted, people often silence and wait. We will not flee to the app, but I feel very embarrassed.

Now, when a friend goes out, when the conversation is interrupted, people will bring out their mobile phone. Since we are accustomed to multitasking, we lose contact with the real world where we live. We should use smartphones and lovers instead of smartphones and users.

When you feel the urge to use your phone the next time you should put the phone in the middle of the table until everyone has checked. I have a long conversation. "Hello" and "How are you" more information than you are, God built a friendship with a meal and a good dialogue, it may be to us that given more opportunity to worship Jesus you will find (Acts 2: 42-47)

God has given us tools like mobile phones to dialogue with people and do their work, but the resources he gives us are the moments of our lives and people I will not allow you to distract from attention.

Most smartphones are kind of distracted. People spend hours on applications and other value-added activities. Without it, people will feel uncomfortable. If the battery is below 5% and the charger can not be used, the battery runs down from many spines and feels vibrations in the body. Recent people feel that they need to click a picture or take a video. The people of the concert are busy shooting videos of the whole event. In most cases, the video will never be seen again. On the contrary, living at the present moment and enjoying shows is more memorable, leaving a better story for you.

Because our distraction from smartphones is so embarrassing, we have even denied the existence of this extensive addiction. In fact, this addiction is only a coping mechanism against current complaints. Therefore, we are always blaming us not to take advantage of all opportunities that exist in front of us.

Regardless of whether it is alcohol, drug or smart phone, all addiction can distract you. Matthew Todd is a straight jacket wrote that one of the main problems with 'divergence from emotion' is not only to prevent bad emotions but also to prevent good emotions. I can not grow emotionally unless I can feel and express my feelings and true self completely. In order to heal these emotions, you must first reduce your addiction. I hope I will not be very pessimistic. I always write from a place of help. Historically, the LGBT community has been highly persecuted, and today they are still hit by an unequal society. It took several years to realize these problems. Even though I attended drinking and university parties at the age of 20, and more than 20 years ago I am actively saying that I am very energetic. Repair starts with understanding

Smartphones seriously pollute the quality of our lives and even cause our addictions and even narcissistic behavior. Smart phones have caused "communication problems" in our lives, such as conversation and failure to communicate with family and friends. Serious distraction is also a problem. I am struggling to believe that Facebook, Instagram, Vine, or Twitter is a valuable experience such as Voice over IP (VoIP), co-worker or remote family video conferencing. Of course we can not condemn the social responsibility for modern mobile devices.
