Small Groups and Community

The small group and the community are two of the universal environment in the workplace in the US and the inevitable aspect of the small group in the community and the community can play a small group role in a wider community. I believe that each person can produce good results, so I will bear both. However, the negative side of communities and small groups tends to be overlooked. Communication within the group is interpersonal communication within the group. Groups usually work in human relations and social circumstances. High quality communication such as action support and information sharing will make the group superior to ordinary individuals in terms of decision quality, decision effectiveness and action taken. However, in order to make high-quality decisions, it is necessary for members to agree with the group and take an interactive attitude.

Small group communication is an important part of daily life. We all participate in some small group in some way. In many cases, the first exposure we have to work with in a small group to communicate is important for communication in a basic classroom. This type of communication has had a great impact on children and will continue to do so throughout their lives. Small groups influence society and school, so it is important for young children. I can work all year in the kindergarten classroom, average 10 hours per week, I can witness the results of small group communication. We use the team in various ways. Activities in the classroom are based on "center" rotation. In other words, children will have five "centers" in order. This is a wonderful way for children to learn how to share their goods and make friends. They learned to communicate with each other "in their own words"
