Did you notice that you are awake and can not move? You may feel that pressure is applied to the room or chest. This is sleep phlegm. This is a common illness that affects millions of people. Most people think that it will occur just before our REM sleep. This disease is related to psychological events such as kidnapping of aliens and existence of evil. Sleep paralysis can not move or talk with hallucination from time to time within minutes of waking up or falling asleep.

Symptoms of sleep paralysis are often associated with REM sleep. This is due to crouching from the neck while REM sleeping apart from the diaphragm.

I am convinced that I worked during the incubation period. I tried to remove my sense of fears that fulfilled my mind, made someone open the door with an unbearable enthusiasm and aspired to let me release the spells that bound me. Adaptability does not last more than 5 minutes: regain the sense of movement by degree; and if they recover until I can call and move my arms and legs, it will disappear unconsciously

The onset of sleep paralysis is often accompanied by hypnotic illusion (Mendelson 223). These are often misunderstood as the existence of evil, and the weight of the chest is squeezed. At the turn of the century, this existence was called "old lady" or "bark". Although most affected individuals have a single or rare episode (Dahlitz), sleep paralysis is a common disease with a prevalence of 5 to 62%. Occasionally sleep phlegm occurs at home and may be related to other sleep disorders such as sleep apnea (Becker 81). Narcolepsy is also associated with sleep paralysis, both of which are considered Rem sleep disorder (Siegel). Sex or race does not seem to be a risk factor for this disease. The onset of sleep paralysis seems to be between 5 and 35 years old (Dahlitz). The use of anxiolytic drugs, mental illness and high anxiety may also lead to sleep paralysis (Larkin). Treatment of sleep paralysis

Sleep paralysis is a terrible, confused sleep experience. When sleep paralysis happens, you will wake up from sleep, you will notice that you can not move or talk. Sleep paralysis is a symptom associated with several other sleep disorders, including narcolepsy, sleep apnea, and REM sleep behavior disorder. It also occurs due to sleep deprivation or drug side effects. Sleep paralysis occurs when you wake up from sleep while REM sleeps. In Lem, the body is almost paralyzed and the temporary condition is called Rem Remitonia. This temporary paralysis helps to prevent the body from reacting to vivid dreams that often occur during REM sleep. Your body can still paralyze when you wake up during the REM sleep stage rather than switching to a lighter stage of sleep than REM sleep. After waking up, sleep paralysis usually lasts from a few seconds to a minute or two.

Sleep scientists believe that sleep paralysis may occur when REM sleep or other sleep stages are not successfully transitioning. Phlegm that is usually confined to REM sleep may be overflowing at other stages of sleep - when you wake up, you are aware that your body is paralyzed and that you move or talk You will notice that you can not do it. Sleep paralysis may also include hallucinations. People often feel that there are ghosts in the room, and they feel terrors and sinisterities. These hallucinations may include strange sounds and smells, as well as feelings of falling and flying. The respiratory mechanism is not compromised by sleep paralysis, but occasionally I feel breathing difficulties and often feel a lot of pressure on my chest. Especially when you first appear, the experience may be terrible.
