From the beginning, the picture was used as a means of entertainment and to "record" beautiful scenery. But in the past 100 years it has evolved into what is used almost every day. When most people think of pictures, they think of cartoons like Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck. What they did not realize was that some sketches were actually very useful in criminal cases. Due to this important factor, several cases have actually been solved. If a crime occurs and witnesses exist, they rely on sketch artists to rebuild the face of the perpetrator.

Forensic artists, often referred to as sketch artists at crime scenes, interview witnesses and victims at crime scenes, which helps law enforcement officials to gather information and to outline potential violators. CSI experts can also use forensic information to portray the rebuilding of crime scenes. Forensic scientists participate in demonstrations that include synthetic images including sketches of facial images, image modifications (eg, age chart) that involve manipulation of images using computer software, sketches used in court and other visual information can do. Sketch artists are special types of illustrators that create similar themes with pencils, charcoal, or pastels. Their sketches are used by law enforcement agencies to identify suspects, to show the state of the courtroom through the news organizations, and to enjoy individual customers. The studio is usually bright and breathable. However, artists may be exposed to adhesives, paints, inks and other materials. They may also need to handle dust and other residue from chips, paint splash, spill cleaner, other liquids. Artists often wear protective equipment such as respirators and goggles to avoid exposure to hazardous substances. Ceramic and glass artists need to be careful when handling equipment and tools that may be very hot like a furnace.
