UF 2 A 335 The purpose of this module is to hone your knowledge, understanding and practical skills so that you can look back on your own customs that provide exercise and physical activity. You will learn how to develop your professional practices and improve your career development opportunities. 5. Knowledge achievement There must be evidence that you have all the knowledge and understanding listed in the "Knowledge" chapter of this module. In most cases, this can be verbally asked by your evaluator. However, other techniques such as projects, tasks, and / or reflective accounts may also be suitable.
In the sports practical section, introduce concrete exercises to improve self-control and physical abilities and incorporate them into physical education. There are two types of practical activities for learners: 1) exercise and games, 2) a workbook where students enter self-control and homework information. Test methods are used to identify changes in physical ability (flexibility, explosiveness, agility, speed, balance, abdominal muscle strength and endurance). These tests were developed in accordance with Lithuania's Constitutional Conformity Test and Physical Evaluation Act (2007) and Lithuania's Sports Culture Program "Growth and Strengthen" (2004). The experiment participants conducted two tests before and after the experiment. As a result, observe the positive effect of physical ability of experiment participants on the development of PFS ability.
