When I was a graduate student I regularly worked hard to make an exercise program. I would like to exercise for 5 days a week, but I noticed exercising for 4 days in a week, 3 days in the next week, and 2 days in the next week. I was irritated, so I decided to make a New Year decision and started putting stars on my daily calendar of training. Result is? Over the past 20 years I have been exercising once a week five times a week. My New Year's resolutions are success, and I am interested in why I was able to continue the course when I fail.

Please start your personal health assessment 6 weeks after starting the course and start again every few months. You may notice that you need to increase your training time to keep improving. Or maybe you may be pleasantly surprised to find that you are exercising the right amount to achieve your fitness goal.
