One of our chapters is about Buddhism when studying religious textbooks around the world. Since I am a Christian and I have not much religious experience outside of Christianity I thought this chapter was very interesting. The Buddhist chapter is very refreshing. I am attracted to culture and I have to learn more about it. This is the reason I decided to write down the origins and practices of early Buddhism in India. The word Buddhism stands for "Awakening". It began when the Buddha touched Nieana 2500 years ago.

But there are a few things that can help you. In traditional Buddhism, they call it anpanasati and are roughly translated as "breath consciousness". This may seem simple - it's too easy to do something, but that's the point. Some of the most effective change models are very simple and obvious, so they have been ignored until they cease to exist. Certainly, most of us are not used to peace and are not used to peace. We may think we are ours, but most of us believe that peace and tranquility are happy. However, when most of us think of these emotions, they include stimulation, activities (especially psychological activity) and excitement. But peace and tranquility are not happy or happy. They are still quiet and still have feelings. A calm morning without wind is equivalent to a gentle, glassy lake.

Nature serves us and comfort us. Nature's natural attractions, where natural energy and peace are ideal places for practicing Buddhism. Here are some of the benefits of traditional Buddhist resources telling us about the natural environment as a Buddhist practice. The eighth (12 or 13) monk recommended by Buddha lives in the forest. The Buddha said I am satisfied that I live in the forest "in the forest" (A. iii 343). When he lives in a house away, his idea is not distracted by inappropriate visible things and so on. He does not care, gives up attaching to life, likes the taste of quarantine and happiness.
