Silence is Golden

Citizens are always told to cooperate with the police and people tend to do so because they believe that the police are responsible for service and protection. Unfortunately, this coin often has a dark side. If you or anyone close to you is a coincidence that it is a potential suspect in a criminal investigation, what should you do?
