Should Students Be Able to Grade Their Teachers?

Every state is working hard to better evaluate the performance of the teacher in the classroom. They mainly use standardized test scores and observer's observations. However, should students be included in the scope of protection? After all, are not they the one who spends the most time with the teacher?

Farhad Manjoo wrote in the article "Using Class Data Evaluation Teacher" how a start-up company with technology called Panorama Education evaluates teacher's behavior using student's questionnaire.
