Rehabilitation, rehabilitation, logic and statistics as imprisoned form over and over again proves that rehabilitation is more effective than retaliation. Many countries emphasize rehabilitation because it leads to a reduction or abolition of the death penalty. Some of the world's lowest homicide records are accompanied by a rather low prison population. Rehabilitation is an effective system whether you like it or not. These criminals are also human; therefore, they should treat them in a humanitarian way. This means that they should get a second chance, but only if they find themselves messed up and ready to enter the world again. Life sentences at each level are incorrect unless they deserve it. Imprisonment is said to have multiple uses including retaliation, deterrence, incompetence and rehabilitation. I believe that the main purpose of imprisonment is to protect the community. When we imprison a person we may point to punishment, rehabilitation and retribution, but basically we protect the entire community from personal harm that we believe is dangerous. At the same time, when we deprive individuals of the freedom to protect individuals or the entire community, I have to account for them individually and that he or someday return to a secure free society I believe we can.
