Every year over 850,000 students apply to the university through The Common Application. Electronic questionnaires were used in more than 600 universities and universities. I have two questions.
"Have you received disciplinary action at the educational institution you participated in?
In short, no. When you apply to university, you will be asked clearly about your discipline history, which is not a good idea in lying to your application, disciplining or otherwise. In addition, the evaluation of high school counselors is an important part of college admission application, and if you have a serious problem your counselor will almost certainly mention it in the letter of recommendation. Of course, again, you do not have to report any small breaches. Sometimes it may be important to speak in class or be sent to the house to be condemned as being in violation of clothing regulations, but in general this kind of discipline is not something the university needs to hear. Do not forget that admissions personnel have many applications that need to be reviewed and do not need your high school activities or reward details. You should also not contain too much information about your discipline history.
Gonzaga University asks the applicant if there is a school disciplinary record or criminal record. Applicants will not be rejected automatically or unjustly due to criminal records or disciplinary action. However, before providing a hospitalization decision, more information may be required to provide additional background information on the nature and timing of the violation.
