Shopping After Thanksgiving

The next day after Thanksgiving, everyone's thoughts concentrate on one thing. That is shopping. Young people and seniors wake up early in the morning and start shopping for holidays. Everyone is perfect for gifts for family and friends. But no one cares about the thoughts and feelings of employees in their favorite store. The shoppers just came up and turned the shop upside down. As an employee of a popular retail store, I feel that I should stay at home.

Next, on November 24, 2016, I experienced Thanksgiving for the first time, and of course I did shopping for Black Friday. So after the Thanksgiving, we slept until 6 pm and then we went shopping from 30 AM to 7 AM. It's crazy and fun. Black Friday is a time when many crazy good deals, lots of sales, and lots of things are in the shop. I am very happy, but I am also a little guilty. I experienced my first Christmas and I received lots of gifts, which is amazing as my host family got everything I want. Jackets, dolls, magazines, coffee cups for take-out, gift cards, books, many others. But what I like most is that I become such a wonderful family, I love you, I can not care about it, I can not really appreciate it. I love my host family

Black Friday is the day of the busiest shopping in the United States. There are two general theories about the reason why two days after Thanksgiving is called Black Friday. One theory is that on the second day after Thanksgiving the wheel of a heavy traffic vehicle left a lot of black marks on the road leading to the word Black Friday. Another theory is that the word Black Friday comes from an old way to record business accounts. Loss is red ink, profit is recorded in black ink. Many companies, especially SMEs, are starting to generate revenue before Christmas. On the second day after Thanksgiving, many people want to show profit with black ink.

Black Friday is an unofficial name on Friday after Thanksgiving Day in the United States and is celebrated on the fourth Thursday in November. The term "Black Friday" has not been widely used until recently, but the second day after Thanksgiving is considered to be the start of the Christmas shopping season in the United States since 1952. Many shops offer very publicity sales with Black Friday and are open soon, for example, at midnight or even at some point during Thanksgiving. Black Friday is not a statutory holiday, but in California and other states it treats "the day after Thanksgiving" as a state employee's holiday and replaces it with another federal holiday such as Columbus Day. Many non-retail outlets and schools have a Thanksgiving Day and a Friday break next week, as well as a subsequent regular weekend, so it will be a 4-day weekend and the number of potential shoppers will increase.
