Identifying artifacts: This artifact is a case study of the literacy rate conducted with the target children during the internship in elementary school. For this case study, I have to spend some time evaluating my reading, reading and writing skills. There are various development fields for observation and evaluation. For this task I have launched a study summarizing the actions I have observed, such as the strengths and growth areas of the target children. In this research, we continued to develop in the field of literacy and advised teachers and guardians to develop.

Reason: I chose to put this artifact in NAEYC standards 3a and 3c. Because I had to spend time observing and evaluating the target children throughout the semester. Before completing the evaluation, you must obtain permission from the parents of the target children. In each evaluation, I have to understand the child's mood and attention. In this project, I evaluated and confirmed my findings and monitored the progress of the target children. The result of the project was to understand the results of each evaluation to advise parents and teachers to help children improve their literacy rate. I chose to put this artifact in InTASC Standard 6. This is because we have the opportunity to evaluate the children to see the results to complete the task and to provide further advice to the child.

Impact on my growth and development: This artifact helps me to understand the importance of evaluation and documentation. This is a good habit for what I will do in the future. This study was done with only one child. In the future, we need to evaluate in class. As an observer, I will talk without including my opinion or views on children. Through this artifact, I came up with a way to state facts about children rather than the facts I believe. Observable measurable behavior that can not be observed is very important. This research is a good opportunity to review the results of the evaluation to make recommendations

Impact on my students: I have a better understanding of the importance of a one-on-one evaluation, so this artifact has a positive impact on my future students. The understanding of each one's material is very different, and the ability to break through their understanding is important to help grow and develop. Through this artifact, I learned that evaluation is very important to do my best to meet the needs of each student.
