The Ministry of Health provides free access to low-income countries and is a member to free access to DC's scientific principles. The Ministry of Health is extremely grateful for the support of many donors.

There are 14 remote healthcare resource centers in the United States and are all funded by the remote medical office provided by the Department of Health and Human Services (HRSA) of the US Department of Health and Human Services. These resource centers serve as local telemedicine information and research centers, with emphasis on increasing the number of services in communities where services are inadequate. Due to the rapid increase of new telemedicine companies and the need for virtual care for patients, the number of telemedicine related laws currently on the table has reached the highest ever.
