The Ministry of Health provides free access to low-income countries and is a member to free access to DC's scientific principles. The Ministry of Health is extremely grateful for the support of many donors.

There are 14 telemedicine resource centers in the United States, all of which are funded by telemedicine stations offered by the Department of Health and Human Services (HRSA) of the US Department of Health and Human Services. These resource centers serve as local telemedicine information and research centers, with emphasis on increasing the number of services in communities where services are inadequate. Also, the services they offer are usually free! Telemedicine regulations also determine telemedicine redemption rules followed by state Medicaid programs and individual payer. Due to the rapid increase of new telemedicine companies and the need for virtual care for patients, the number of telemedicine related laws currently on the table has reached the highest ever. Most states in the US recently adopt new telemedicine regulations or are making proposals waiting to be decided.

Research on health services or health systems is widely defined and ultimately involves improving community health by strengthening health services, resources and systems, efficiency and effectiveness. Health service research generally provides (1) the relationship between community needs and the availability of health, resources, use and health services, (2) process and structure including quality and efficiency, (3) intervention It focuses on medical services. Appropriateness and effectiveness with regard to quality, access, cost (cost effectiveness), patient perception, patient satisfaction and overall health results. Medical services research is an interdisciplinary field aimed at transforming scientific and medical knowledge into medical practices that improve patient outcomes and ultimately improve people's health.
