In the past semester, VUSM 101 taught me a lot of value through service leadership. These values ​​include Franciscan values, Viterbo's values, servant's leadership, and my own personal values. This class also teaches me that they have their own values ​​that make everyone different. These values ​​also affect human gifts. By evaluating my core values, I learned that I was able to explain the gift I got from God and how I can use them in my life It was.

Servant style leadership is a management style that requires full commitment and demonstration of ethics and values ​​outside the office, just as it is done at work. This may be your best leadership style if you are a nature and kind person, a person who is listening to and concentrating on the mental and physical health of your employees. Here some leaders of the servants say: a small organization is an idea of ​​an employee. Understand the needs of the team, recognize personal tension and stress, promote growth, protect from unnecessary impact. They are yours. When you step into the office everyday, you can do a wonderful result with the team's method "How can I make someone better today?" There is nothing as important as a team. "

The difference between a servant leader and another type of leader is that the servant leader is not the leader but the servant first. To be a servant leader means that you are devoted to your personal gain at the end. In other words, the leadership of the servant is a commitment to humility. Being a leader of a servant is not about your success, but about the success of the people you serve. You are not the focus of attention, and the people you serve should be the focus of attention. We currently live in a world where people prefer to boast of success in social media and the leadership of their servants is not boasting of your personal success.
