Social adaptation plays an important role in the durability of university students. Social media such as Facebook etc. widely used by such people may positively promote the transition of students to university by promoting connection and exchange between peers. In this study, we used the survey data collected by students of the Midwestern University of the Arts and Sciences (N = 338) to investigate the role of Facebook in social adaptation of college students of first graders.
