The most striking thing was the serious violent act witnessed by Richard Dramires, a serial killer in early childhood. His cousin Miguel Ramirez returned from the Vietnam War and told young Richard about torture and details of the Vietnamese women's sniper. Miguel showed him even the picture of the victim he was enduring. Five psychoses, autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, clinical depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia are thought to be genetically related. By studying the DNA of more than 30,000 people diagnosed with these mental or behavioral states, researchers have found specific changes in the genetic code that are significantly associated with these diseases.
