Seperation of Powers and the Rule of Law

Power will eventually end with "minimum standards of judicial legal compliance with basic personal freedom and law." The rule of law is problematic in many cases, in short, it is evident not in "human control" but in a society in which functioning justice and New Zealand are clearly separated.

There are three branches under the government, each with separate authority. These three departments are administrative, justice and legislative departments. These branches have separate authority. The executive department enforces the law. Justice checks the law. The legislature enacted the law. When the government separates its authority, they expect it to function smoothly. However, it is not very useful in some cases. Looking at historical issues, branches are dissenting opinions

Isolation of administrative, legislative and judicial powers is the core of the rule of law. Failure to maintain formal differences between them leads to the legal concept of simply empowerment of power, not guaranteeing freedom to all.

Respect the rule of law. The democratic enemy is the exercise of arbitrary power. The rule of law limits this risk by obliging elected officials to exercise their powers not only according to their own thoughts and preferences but also according to open and transparent rules. For the free society, there are rarely any dangerous things to ignore ignorance or the rule of law. Respect the independence of the press. Freedom of speech can be said to be our revolutionary democratic freedom. In a free society there are natural conflicts among politicians, they usually think they should receive favorable coverage, and journalists often oppose. That is why we have an informal but important code of conduct. Criticizing news coverage is a good thing. But politicians are trying to respect journalists, break motives, mandate or intimidate journalists.
