Separate but Equal: The Law of the Land

African Americans ask the court to help them to protect their constitutional rights. However, the court challenged the previous civil rights law and made a series of decisions that allowed the province to isolate the colored people.

Progressive reformers are ambitiously attacking cheating, but before you feel a change you need great work and great talent. One who accepted the challenge was Booker T. Washington.

According to it, apartheid does not violate the 14th amendment of the US Constitution which guarantees "equal protection of the law" of all laws. According to this principle, as long as the facilities offered for each race are equal, the state and municipalities can demand ethnicity, services, facilities, public facilities, residences, medical, education, employment and transportation.
