The key to success: Grit in the video, naturally, I saw the knowledge about blind faith, watching Dr. Shapiro's lesson in class. It can also be defined as contextual grit. I think that this is the direction to tackle the goal that is not in front of you. There are many obstacles to trying to achieve the goal. For example, Dr. Shapiro worked hard to find out the structure of AMPK from scratch. He has been working for two years and has not even formed quartz to study. This concept has the power to achieve the unachievable goal, that is, the definition of gravel. But this is not the case for everyone, it is not easy to find persistence and passion for things that may not exist. Some of my colleagues at Dr. Shapiro in the laboratory were aware of this and they decided that they could not do much work on undirected things. This is a difficult part. If you do not answer to anyone, it is difficult to do something; there is no power to give you consciousness of regulation. Dr. Shapiro's journey, I learned that you need to imagine your goals and you must use your motivation to accomplish the task. At Angela Duckworth's TED lecture, she talked about how IQ and family ancestors do not affect. She said that the most successful students in all the circumstances she observed observed one common point of gravel. Grit is defined as a characteristic that defines enthusiasm for long-term goals and motivation to achieve it. Grit is a passion
This is TED 's lecture by Angela Lee Duckworth in 2013. He is a psychology teacher. Angela is studying how gravel, self-discipline, and perseverance can predict individual success. In her speech, she said that gravel is a predictor of student success over any other factor. Test scores, IQ and even safety in the classroom are not the best way to predict success. Defining gravel is one thing. Application of gravel is another. Some people seem to have been born with gravel in the blood. This is just a function, it is only the selected function. For the rest of us, we have to plant gravel in our hearts garden. Fortunately, due to our brain's adaptability, gravel will grow not only in any way, but also prosper.
Perhaps you have read the recent "gravel research" or have heard the TED speech by psychologist Angela Duckworth. In his speech entitled "Gravity to Success," Duckworth introduced his research, but she saw a cadet of the new West Point and IQ and self restraint completed basic training I found it was not an effective indicator of ability. Instead, she discovered that "prediction of gravel successfully completed a more rigorous procedure than any other prediction." The most successful candidate showed gravel and completed the academic and practical tasks necessary for graduation.
On the one hand, perseverance and courage is the key to success in every field. Anyone who masters his skills will face some doubt and find an inner decision to progress somehow. "Stickiness" may be the most important feature if you want to build a successful business, want to make a wonderful marriage, or learn a new skill. On the other hand, saying that you should never give up on someone is a bad suggestion. People who succeed will always give up. If something goes wrong, smart people do not repeat it infinitely. They fixed. They will adjust. They turn. They gave up. Just as Crazy says it repeats the same thing over and over, expecting different results.
