Self-Determination in the Basque Country

The Basque Country Self-Defining Basque Country is a person who has settled on the French-Spanish border and has no country as the country. They are not internationally recognized. Their borders are not respected and their culture is restrained. Therefore, the history of the Basque Country is one of the continuous exploration of controversial means of protest, constant efforts to protect the identity, and ways to democratize the public life. They failed to exercise or pursue self-determination rights, as described in the International Covenant on Human Rights (above) and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

This is the Basque Country, the French and Spanish border blend together, forming a unique culture of people with its own language and self-determination history. Rich and unpretentious food: meat cooked in fireplace, fresh seafood, stew. Meals are long, food is commonly shared with friends and family and enjoyed. The bar serves a handful of fresh foods, pinchoss plates, which are consumed between beer and cold cups. I like food, but I tend to like classic, comfortable food. I make spaghetti pasta almost every week according to the traditions of my mother and grandmother. For several years living in California, I fell in love with tacos, fresh and rich avocado and homemade salsa. I married an Englishman and lived in London, so I was able to accept the lunch tradition on Sunday. It will not be completed without the help of fluffy Yorkshire pudding. These are not elegant hobbies, but they are related to emotions like home.

The majority of Europe is full of tourists during the summer, but the Basque Country of France is not yet in the traditional radar. When people think about Basque Country and Culture, they think about cities like Bilbao, San Sebastian and Pamplona in Spain. Most people do not know that the Basque Country consists of seven states, three of which are in France. The French Basque Country is one of the most diverse and unique areas in France, including its wonderful coastline and quaint fishing village, hilly land and sheep in the countryside, and mountains with peaks. This is the perfect place to drive by car from one town to another, taste amazing Basque cuisine and visit hundreds of small markets on the road.
