Self-assessment is the process of gathering information about your own abilities, skills, abilities, and abilities and critically examining the quality of your performance and abilities. Self-assessment is different from self-recognition and self-discovery because consciousness and discovery are merely some sort of knowledge or something. Meanwhile, evaluation is determination of quantity, value, importance, degree, or proportion of something, or measurement. Self-assessment will give you the information you need to make effective development plans. The development plan includes setting targets and benchmarks to clarify the way to follow. By understanding the specific skills you need to grow or work, you can concentrate on these skills and become more proficient. You concentrate on acquiring knowledge and force yourself to organize your resources so that you are more organized and effective
