Imagine a world that reputation is evaluated not by human roles nor by achievement but rather by the color of the skin. Imagine the world where the nuances of skin color are used to classify and classify people as two white and black factions. Imagine social isolation. Caucasian and black people are caught in two different worlds as if they were mountains of dirty clothes that humans need to organize in color. In fact, this virtual world existed in the United States before the 1970s.
Economic separation Since the 1970s, economic separation grew steadily and in the 1990s the pause was closely related to apartheid (ie, income separation of black families grew faster than white) (Fischer et al. 2004; Fry and Taylor 2015; P. Jargowsky 2001; Lichter, Parisi, Taquino 2012; Reardon and Bischoff 2011; Watson 2009; Yang and Jargowsky 2006). Between 1980 and 2010, the proportion of high-income households living in most high-income brackets increased from 9% to 18% and the proportion of low-income brackets increased from 23% to 18%. 25% live in most low-income regions (Fry and Taylor 2012). Between jurisdictions, the classification of rich and poor among the neighbors of the same city is clearer (Reardon and Bischoff 2011). This shows that apartheid is related to the structure and suburbanization of metropolitan areas.
Black and white isolation continued to decline in the 1980s. Between 1970 and 1990, the separation of Dallas from 87 to 63, the separation of Atlanta from 82 to 66, and the separation of Houston decreased from 78 to 66 respectively. Many of these areas are beginning to attract black immigrants. And that is part of a new inverse black immigration to the south. Due to the massive growth in the suburbs in these areas after the enactment of the Fair Housing Act, the law had little new housing development and had a greater impact on apartheid reduction than in the stagnant areas of the country. However, as of 1990, Chicago, Cleveland, and Detroit continued to show more than 80 isolation levels, and most of their northern counterparts were registered over the age of 70. In these areas there is still an old stereotype that the community is suitable for white and black people, whites represent strongly disliking the integrated community.
