Sculpture: The Betrayal and Arrest of Christ

This is a very high relief made of limestone. From a positive perspective. But it could move. Many things are going on in such a small space. It is very crowded, but it is very dramatic. Even if different things happen, these numbers are immediately intertwined. That reminds me of drama. You can really participate, it feels like you are part of what is going on, because everyone is facing different directions.

When I saw this sculpture for the first time, I thought about the release of love in today's society. However, when I looked closely, I saw the image of a man on the left as an expression of a white, then I saw the sculpture title "Judakis". The first thought about my sculpture suddenly changed, and suddenly I remembered the passion of Christ. A person facing a blank expression is facing the front, symbolizing a person kissing Jesus and the cheeks of other people in Judah. For me, the sculpture message I am trying to convey is betrayal of Jesus and Jews to Jesus Christ. The last message conveyed by this sculpture is that people may change due to bribes such as money, power and power, so you should be careful of people you meet each day.

According to the Bible, the Canary of Judah is one of 12 disciples of Jesus Christ. Recently Judah is famous for betraying Jesus with 30 infamous silver coins. Since then, the name of Judah is synonymous with betrayal. Various statements about the death of Judas - but the traditional version claims that after treachery he hanged himself. Great! But what about other parts of the country? Does Nikiali itself pollute Rwanda's water system by dumping untreated sewage into the Nyabugogo / Nyabarongo water system?
