Scientific experiments to measure dissolved oxygen levels using the HACH method and the CHEMets test kit The purpose of my project is to significantly improve the dissolved oxygen (DO) level measured by the conventional HACH® method or the newly developed method It is to check whether there is a difference. ® test kit under typical outdoor conditions. My hypothesis assumes that there is no significant difference in dissolved oxygen (DO) levels measured by traditional HACH® method or newly developed CHEMets® test kit under typical outdoor conditions.

Conductivity was measured using a Hanna Instruments Hi 9033 multi-range conductivity meter (Table 2). Five readings Dissolved oxygen was measured in three different ways (Table 1). The first one is to use the YSI Model 95 Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer. The second uses the Lamotte Dissolved Oxygen Kit and the third uses the Hach DR / 890 colorimeter. For convection, pH measurement was carried out three times using Orion Model 250A. Turbidity was measured using a Hach 2100 P turbidimeter and T-alkalinity was measured using a Hach digital titrator. Dissolved silica was measured using CHEMets test kit K 9010. All these data, BOD and fecal coliform group content are in the table in the "Results" section at the end of the article.
