"The law from school to job opportunity" was signed in law in 1994 and managed under the auspices of the US Department of Education, Labor and Welfare. The law provides funds for developing countries from schools to the workplace to the national and local communities. From school to work is a way to reach high academic standards through application, career, and focus. School-to-career supports reform of the educational system, including a combination of school-based learning and vocational learning, educational strategy, opportunities to select career-related course work and work experience that all students can use. The School-to-Work program combines traditional classroom experience with the actual workplace environment. The basic goal is to provide students with knowledge and skills such as choosing a university, attending additional training, overcoming challenges in competitive workplaces, and responding to high salary work outside of high school.

Students can get restoration opportunities throughout the grade. Summer schools are used by many students as an opportunity to catch up with work that they missed or did not understand while attending school. However, in full-year schools, students can receive restoration on a regular basis throughout the year. Even if you help with Mentor, "Summer Slide" will be displayed. Throughout the summer, the student's learning skills of last year tend to decline. In particular, mathematics and reading usually have to start again at the beginning of each grade. When teachers are in contact with children all year round, it is easy to avoid taxing this summer.
