School Shootings: The Colombine High School Shooting

The shooting incident itself at the actual school is a panic for students and administrators, but the opposite is true for shooters. Most of these shooting incidents were carefully planned, about a few months, and even years away. Columbine's shooting itself is one of many plans and extensive research. Finally, at 11:30 am on April 20, 1999, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold were late for school. The two were wearing a long black trench coat to hide the homemade tube bombs and weapons planned to use for the attack (Orr 18).

The majority of the remaining large shooting and most of the school shooting were psychiatric patients, and almost none of them were treated. This is an important fact in recent Douglas high shooting and most school shooting and is a common element. Today people learned a lot about Douglas' high shooting situation. There is no special order: 1. School officials are familiar with destructive past actions and spiritual diseases of archers, but do not follow this knowledge. This is a common link in shooting at most schools. Why is this? First, school officials who take action based on this will be prosecuted by the court and some will be prosecuted. In some states like Virginia Polytechnic University's Virginia Polytechnic University, Virginia State law prohibits universities from sending students home due to mental disorders.

Since the shooting incident in Colombia, police and school authorities seem to have taken things seriously. On Sunday in Winnipeg, polls indicated that "school authorities have responded to certain circumstances since the Colombian tragedies." 60% agree, 40% do not agree. Personally, I do not think people are overreacting. Unfortunately the shoots in Colorado made them recognize this.

Many school shooting in the United States caused injuries not fatal. The most common type of gun used in American school shooting is the pistol. Three of the deaths of Colombane High School massacre of Colorado in 1999, Connecticut Sandy Hook elementary school in 2012, photograph taken in 2018 in Florida accounted for 43%. The type of gun used in the most deadly school shooting was the rifle. A large number of magazines were used at the massacre of Columbine high school and the shooting of Sandy Hook primary school.
