School Counselors’ Experiences With Empowerment and Students on the Autism Spectrum: A Qualitative Study

I conducted a qualitative survey with 15 school counselors and decided on a strategy to approve Chicana / o and Latina / o high school students. This study is trying to promote the licenses of students of Chicana / o and Latina / o by applying school counselor strategies. In other studies we can judge how and how school counselors work with students of Chicana / o and Latina / o. This research can further help the counselor education program prepare empowerment-oriented school counselors. Such research also helps school districts with large Chicana / o and Latina / o student population provide professional development to practice school counselors and implement power interventions I will.
