The DC Scholar Public Charter School, which opened in 2012, is located only eight miles from the US Capitol in the Dome and is the most powerful legislative body in the world. The bright and colorful walls of the school contain pictures of "Scholars of the Month!" This includes the proportion of students who improve mathematics and reading comprehension and a range of university pennants including Harvard and Yale. There are 512 students. 31% of them have disabilities - such as learning disabilities and ADHD - this is three times the national average. Student group is 100% African American

An important requirement of NCP is that the length of the course for academics is between 3 and 19 months. In the scholarship application process, scholars who propose longer courses take precedence. Another important requirement is that scholars' plans include 'learning factors'. Except in some cases, this means that the university will communicate with universities in the Indo-Pacific region, and universities with Australian scholars have exchange agreements. Last week, the Presidential Leadership Class (PLS) of 2018 began the fourth year of the program. This was held in Washington, DC for 1 week. There, an impressive scholar group consisting of physicians, veterans, business experts, scientists, general citizens, employees from all over the country, educators and others gathered and began collaboration for six months. Through Brigade and President George W. Bush, I experience Bill Clinton's presidential experience and understand leadership, thereby changing the world. George HW Bush and Lyndon Johnson
