Over the past few years, the government has made major progress in improving the educational system by increasing the funds for school systems and programs. They increase their funds by acquiring funds from the arts, dance, theater courses and other courses. As a student who grew up in an artistic atmosphere and now as a student majoring in drama, I feel very strongly that the government is making a big mistake by taking money from art. As children gain much confidence by participating in art, art should be supported.
After excluding all bands, orchestras, choirs, performing arts shows in my school district, I saw community members fighting for creating a meaningful art movement for salvation. Art people, my parents, and students in my community gather enough money to save art. Many of them worked until the time of the proposed cancellation to obtain funds. Other school districts are not so lucky. Even though communities can preserve their art curriculum, the quality of the course is directly proportional to the quality of the course and the quality of the supply. However, since funds are allocated little to wages and fixtures, art projects need to further grow their funds.
School budget plans at an amazing rate to save money, ie sports, arts and music courses. There are teachers and parents of all generations who do not have artistic superiority in their education. Many teachers do not currently know how to include the type of art in their teachings, and parents do not know how to ask for it. For example, the relation between mathematics and music is in the memo. A quarter, a quarter, and the whole note can be applied to the score, and the numbers and symbols can also be applied to mathematics. Diana Hollinger, a lecturer on music education at San Jose State University, said that reading the song words can also be applied to language art, but said that music can be applied to several ways useful in academia.
Advocates of art projects like former Arizona public education director Tom Horne said they should save the art and throw them away without giving up art. "Considering the purpose of education, there are three," Horn says. "We are preparing for our children, we are preparing them to become citizens, we teach that we can be more enjoyable beauty. In the school of school I want to improve the average test score with standardized tests, so obvious solution is to teach more mathematics and science, this assumption is widely accepted Mr. Tom Horn said, "If you are concerned about the test scores and trying to get a higher score, you need to give the children more artistry" (Smith 1). Art leads to mathematics, reading, cognitive ability, critical thinking ability, and language ability.
