The needs of university students' catering service is an important field requiring more research. The importance of providing quality education is very important, but for many students they have worked hard to maintain students. Therefore, attention to food service can be important. Therefore, the administrator needs to consider the total supply including food service. In this research, we examined the degree of satisfaction of university students with food service organizations. The model is based on available information and has been tested using university survey data in the northwest Pennsylvania. The results show that the three most important variables that explain student satisfaction include employee behavior, food quality, and price. Other important factors include atmosphere, reactivity, cleanliness. Focusing on these variables can increase the overall educational experience of people in charge of food services by providing greater value and satisfaction.
This research will explain the satisfaction of the food distribution service provided by Legazpi's fast food chain. It includes delivery service, marketing service, communication and food quality. It also includes questions that respondents face regarding service provisioning, marketing services, communication, and food quality. Respondents may solve problems in terms of delivery services, marketing services, communication and food quality. This study has customers offering 5 population, Jolyby, 5 Shakeies, 5 McDonalds, 5 Graceland, 5 Choking, and other food. I am experienced. This study used a descriptive research approach. This is used to explain customer satisfaction to food distribution service provided by Legazpi's fast food chain. Using text and tabular form, we provide collected data that provides insight into the services of the fast food chain, the respondents' perspectives, and the questions encountered by respondents. Data Source This survey used two data sources, Primary and Secondary. This is used to find the answer to the asked question.
