After checking the ANA list, 10 of the 90 recipients of the sample were interviewed. However, there are only two field survey reports. In our sample travel reports from three other recipients showed that ANA visited them to examine different grants from our study. There is no document on the site visit to five detainees. However, our review does not clarify the criteria for measuring the impact of SEDS grants on recipients' self-sufficiency.
