After the end of the Spanish-American war, America will merge Hawaii and dominate the Philippines. They will also build a canal connecting the Pacific and Atlantic Ocean in Panama.

It is convenient to ignore it. Useful ignorance is a British policy that hinders strict enforcement of parliamentary law in the colonial era in the United States. Aiming to conform American colonies to Britain, this gave colonies considerable freedom of economic problems. The British government established a trade commission to oversee colonial policy. The end of the war in France and India (war of seven years) left Britain with a huge war debt.
