Registration of HSPT is part of our online application. As you sign up for St. Francis' HSPT, you automatically register the date you selected in the application (we guarantee you have a place on that date)

Families applying for St. Francis HSPT will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of the test at the end of December.

Applicants applying for Catholic High School in San Jose, Auckland, or San Francisco can only receive one test

If you take the exam outside St. Francis, you need to register directly at the alternative site.

In order to solve the selection problem, the high school in San Jose Parish asked the students to join the HSPT course they would like to join the school of the highest school fall.

As part of the online application process, each applicant must apply for an interview. In a 15-minute interview, students will have the opportunity to discuss their interests and goals with the teacher or manager of St. Francis and the high school student.

The interview will be available in mid January 2019 and will be held at 5:30 pm. - Students register for interview at 8:30 pm online application

St. Francis needs two academic recommendation letters. These letters can be filled out by the principal, deputy principal, counselor of the core subject (English, mathematics, social department etc) or by the seventh grader or the eighth grader teacher.

We do not need test letters other than studies, but if you want to send a copy, we will add it to the file of the applicant.

All applicants are required to submit the seventh and eighth grade academic transcripts for the first semester. Please print out and fill out the academic record application form (stated on the student's Ravenna profile) and submit it to the registration institution of the school.

Transcripts must be submitted electronically or mailed directly to St. Francis High School.

Application for remittance for 2018-2019 academic year is closed. We will publish a transition application form for 2019-2020 grade to be held in Ravenna in mid February 2019.
