Safety vs Freedom of Speech

Please look around America around you. Your world is changing suddenly, participation in planes, sports events and spamming is no longer safe. News of threats and security breaches are scattered almost every day on television broadcasts, and many people are asking the same questions. "How can I make our country safe again?" Unfortunately, there is no simple answer. The United States is united by this cause, but there are differences in the way to prevent terrorism. At this moment of anxiety, many people demand Americans "to give up" some of their freedom and privacy in exchange for security.

Freedom of speech has been subject to discussion for many years. Freedom of speech is always one of the most important rights in any constitution, as democracy is established in many countries to provide safety and rights. Freedom of speech constitutes the human rights that everyone should have and the human rights that must be respected. As individuals, we have the right to express, write, publish or disseminate our opinion, and these expressions must be respected if not shared. - The first amendment in the US gives citizens five great freedoms. Freedom of speech is one of the rights. If people do not have the freedom of speech, there is no way to express themselves and there is no way to show personality during faith. This amendment became a problem in the lawsuit of the Tinker vs. Des Moines Independent Community District Supreme Court in December 1969.

Freedom of speech in the United States is protected by the US Constitution and many state constitutions and the first revision of state and federal law. Freedom of speech is not absolute, the US Supreme Court acknowledges several statements that are excluded from freedom and the government can take reasonable hours, places or restrictions on speech I admitted.
