As of 1995, security patrols were discovered in 76% of the US community. The US and Canadian AAA club sponsored a patrol program with 500,000 security guards for 50,000 schools. The Chicago Auto Club led the concept of school safety patrols in 1920 due to the increase in car usage and the subsequent welfare of the students. In 1921, Sao Paulo City, Minnesota Province was the first nationwide city to commence school patrol patrol. Sao Paulo School Police force sergeant Frank Hetznecker introduced the Sam Browne belt to the school police. The belts of Sam Browne buckled on the waist and shoulders, and the school police handed them a badge. They are characteristic of school patrols and are usually sent to participants throughout the United States. Omaha police in Omaha, Nebraska, started the first security patrol in the United States in 1923. Youth security patrol was established in Seattle, Washington in 1928, Captain George W.
