The aim of this research is to provide readers with insight into how crew resource management (CRM) can improve the safety of aviation organizations. This survey also describes CRM, a set of guidelines, codes of conduct, and standard operational practices to enable organizations to use all available resources for safe and efficient flight operations. CRM covers a wide range of knowledge, skills, and attitudes, including communication, context awareness, problem solving, aviation decisions, information management and teamwork (Royal Aeronautical Society, 1999).

According to AHRQ (64), the main features of medical safety culture are as follows.
The airline industry accepts "safety culture". Competitor airlines and manufacturers share safety information with each other and are constantly striving to enhance aviation safety. For over 20 years, this work has been coordinated by two organizations - Civil Aviation Safety Group (CAST) and Joint Steering Committee of General Aviation (GAJSC). . In this neutral environment, the industry and the government collaborate to identify risks and develop best practices and innovations to mitigate risk.
