The 5 th generation CRM combines the basic principles of 3 rd generation and 4 th generation to introduce the concept of error management and threat identification. This is important as the previous CRM program focused on building and building team relationships to achieve safer and more efficient flight operations than identifying errors and threats. The fifth generation of CRM training combines team building principles with error management and threat identification.
Inspired by the aviation safety team in front of us, the Unmanned Aerial Safety Team (UAST) is an unmanned and manned airline industry with representatives of the US Federal Aviation Administration, NASA, the US Air Force and other government agencies . Brought more than 40 companies. This is the trust of the brain that is focused on building the safest future for drones. I am honored to be selected from this industry as Co-Chair of UAST's Chief Industry Co-chair and Co-Chair of Earlawrence, FAA's head of the Integrated Office for Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Through UAST partners, the industry helps to integrate research programs, procedures and innovations to accelerate the safe deployment of drones. UAST members collaborate to create industry-wide database, agreed-based recommendations.
Aeronautical safety refers to the state of an aircraft system or organization where the risks associated with or associated with aircraft operations are reduced and controlled to an acceptable level. It includes theory, practice, research and classification of flight failure, and prevention of such failure by rules, education and training. It can also be used in activities to promote the safety of air travel to the public.
