New village movements are also known as new village movements. The campaign began in Korea, first introduced in the United Nations Reunification and Rehabilitation Committee of the 1950s, and was carried out on April 22, 1970 in the presidential election of President Park. This campaign covers community-led development and will continue to be used as an important program for the country's long-term economic development. Furthermore, according to the Saemaulundong Center in South Korea, the campaign is a process that eradicates poverty, realizes modernization of rural areas, and also leads to changes in mental revolution and attitude.

Development cooperation is a good example. Since joining the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) in Korea in 2010, we have actively shared experiences of transformation from other OECD member countries and recipients of aid to providers. As the host country of the 4th High Level Forum in Busan Aid 2011, we laid the foundation for shifting from the aid effect of international development cooperation to development effect. In addition, at the United Nations Summit on Sustainable Development in 2015, South Korea cooperated with the OECD and the United Nations Development Program and announced the Xin Cun Sports as a new rural development. This model reflects the reality and circumstances of developing countries. The Saemaul Undong model is currently established in some developing countries in Asia and Africa.

Progress in Asia is slow, but it is still important. The relationship between the US and its two major regional partners, Japan and South Korea, is still the foundation of regional stability. Democracy is rooted in Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia and Taiwan. The contact between the United States and China is slowly linking the soaring of Beijing to the world economy. The success of the US policy over the past decade has not been threatened today in countries such as Russia, Germany, Europe, Unified Europe, China, Japan etc. In this new era, the foreign policy of the United States no longer depends on geography. Instead, it will be defined by combining the unprecedented power of the United States in world affairs with the widespread and growing globalization of world politics.
